FUTURE BOAT BUILDERS VISIT GLBBS ON FIELD TRIP

 

This past week, the 5th grade classes from Rudyard Elementary School visited GLBBS for a field trip. On their tour, students learned about the different parts of boats, the wood and tools we use to construct them, steam-bending demonstrations, and how to use some of the hand tools that boat builders use.
